This is a great opportunity to join an award winning, fast growing, digital agency leading the way in eCommerce.

Based in our awesome Surry Hills office, this role will see you utilising your diverse skill set to develop our expanding team of Digital Producers and Project Managers.

Reporting to our MD, you will be an integral part of our leadership team comprising our Technical Director, Search Director and Online Strategy Director – to ensure best practices are followed and continuous improvements are being made to how we produce eCommerce projects.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and mentoring a team of 5 (and growing) dedicated Digital Producers and PMs
  • Driving Production and PM processes that consistently deliver profitable projects whilst maintaining clients satisfaction
  • Liasing with clients and making recommendations to ensure they do more online
  • Managing the delivery of multiple eCommerce projects

You should possess:

  • Digital agency experience essential
  • Managing or producing eCommerce projects (highly regarded)
  • A thorough understanding of web development concepts and terminology
  • Black belt in Project Management!
  • Walk the walk and talk the talk with designers, developers & UI gurus
  • Pride in your work and a desire to impress
