Mutichannel footwear and accessories company, Aldo, is engaging with its customers by the use of new mobile game, Shoe Paradise.
The advice ‘engage with your customers’ can only be given so many times before brands finally take heed, and act upon it. The online age continues to boom and those with a multichannel presence will be the big winners if they play their cards right. The aim is to entice your customers in-store and give them a shopping experience they won’t forget.
Aldo is a multichannel brand which has just launched its latest enticement. The footwear and accessories store is giving customers a chance to win from its new mobile game, Shoe Paradise. This game will give the company an opportunity to build upon the brand and create more interaction with its mobile optimised site. The mobile site allows customers to browse by categories and shop the latest products as well as including a store locator.
The inclusion of incentives will make for many more participants. Also, customers can win prizes from $5 to $500 by playing the mobile game, but the ultimate prize up for grabs is a three minute shopping spree after the game’s completion.
It doesn’t sound like a long time – but when it comes to women and shoes, nothing’s impossible.
