A strong line-up of international and local e-commerce experts will present at this year’s Retail Global Conference. The event promises to be a live marketplace of e-commerce solutions and networking opportunities.
The 11th annual Retail Global Australian conference will be held on May 24-26 at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Queensland. This year Retail Global are thrilled to announce an Australian conference first: the addition of an in-depth Amazon Global selling workshop, breakout sessions and a chance to meet face to face with Amazon Global Selling team members on the exhibition floor.
“This is a compelling opportunity for Australian retailers to connect directly with companies such as Amazon Global Selling, Australia Post, Braintree and many other leading marketplaces and companies attending the event,” says Phil Leahy, CEO of Retail Global. “Marketplaces and cross-border are hot trends of opportunity. In the rapid pace of change – nothing beats face-time.”
This year’s conference includes a comprehensive exhibition featuring over 50 exhibitors who can assist retailers to expand their businesses locally and globally. Over 100 international and local speakers will be covering essential topics across 10 content streams including marketing and social media, online retailing tools, case studies, advanced, startups and more.
Much like the e-commerce industry, Retail Global is changing with the times. Eleven years ago, the company was essentially a conference to help eBay sellers compete globally. Over the years, its content offering has expanded to all aspects of e-commerce. Amazon Global Selling represents an exciting opportunity for Australian brands and retailers.
Retail Global is also holding an annual conference and expo in Las Vegas. This provides access to the world’s leading experts on marketplaces and cross-border.
