Click Frenzy is powering up for its flagship event, the Sale That Stops A Nation starting Tuesday November 19, with a close to full roster of super brand name Australian retailers.
Click Frenzy® is gearing up for the Sale That Stops A Nation – Mark II for 24 hours from 7pm on Tuesday, November 19. Australia’s answer to Cyber Monday, Click Frenzy captured national attention for days when it launched in November 2012, crashing for several hours as soon as the event launched. The much-talked about event shone the spotlight on Australian consumers’ appetite for grand online shopping events, and the hardworking team is ready to go bigger and better in 2013.
Once again, many of Australia’s iconic retail brands have thrown their support behind the event, with the number of participating retailers expected to exceed 300, though places are closing fast. The incredible list of major brand names already signed on (with more still to finalise their offers) includes Adidas, Big W, Commonwealth Bank, The Iconic, Bonds, Smiggle, Peter Alexander, Quiksilver, Bookworld, Dan Murphy’s, Chemist Warehouse and hundreds more.
“Click Frenzy was the kickstart to online Christmas shopping in 2012,” says Click Frenzy Co-founder and Publisher of Power Retail, Grant Arnott. “We’re excited with the awesome range of brands we have on board, with more still to come, and we’ve got a fantastic campaign set to launch that we believe is going to generate more buzz than ever.”
In November 2012, despite its inauspicious start, Click Frenzy was the catalyst for Australia’s largest single day of online shopping, and the company is keen to break that record again in 2013. “With more brands and way more hot deals than last year, we’re predicting another record-setting spike for Australian e-commerce,” says Arnott. “One of the biggest learnings from 2012 was that Aussie shoppers clearly want to shop online with AUSSIE retailers, and that is the driving force behind Click Frenzy.”
Retailers wanting to get on board Click Frenzy- The Sale That Stops A Nation can still sign up until November 12 – for details, email email@example.com or view the media kit here.
