The Retail 2010 Exhibition and Conference provides an opportunity for retailers to learn about the key issues and trends within the industry, receive advice from leading specialists, be exposed to the latest innovations, share knowledge and network with peers.

To be held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre on 20 – 22 September 2010, the conference will focus on how the in-store environment remains a vital part of retail success. Session themes include branding, shopper marketing, people and performance, maximising profitability, multi-channel retailing and in-store design.

For online retailers, the afternoon sessions on Monday 20th September are most relevant with presentations about improving conversion rates, engaging customers (highlighting the use of social media tools) and relevant best practice case studies.

Along with the broad range of sessions offered at the conference, a plethora of vendors will be available for perusal at the free exhibition, which will also feature ‘Hot Half an Hour Retail Seminars’. In addition, the following exhibitions will be held concurrently and will be accessible to Retail 2010 visitors:

2010 Visual Impact Image Expo – for visitors interesting in signage, graphics, digital printing, vinyl application, design and display solutions, there will be free educational seminars and workshops.

Marketing at Retail Expo 2010 – will feature over 170 interactive displays of the best in store designs and showcase the leading companies involved in design, manufacture and logistical deployment within the retail industry.

Retail Design Studio – this free information hub (managed by the Retail Design Institute), offers the opportunity to discuss floor plans, designs and ideas in a one on one informal environment free of charge.

Retail 2010 is a trade only event and admission is restricted to professionals working in the industry. For full details, please visit the Retail 2010 website.
