Topshop Australia has finally launched its dedicated online store, offering a range of consumer-centric online only services, including localised editorial-style content, complimentary express delivery and a Personal Shopping booking engine.
Officially launching in April 2017, six years after first arriving here, Topshop Australia’s new online platform will see the fast fashion retailer collaborate with local e-commerce suppliers and partners.
Topshop Australia will now offer expanded product collections, lower pricing, faster delivery and a product range curated for the Australian market, with new styles arriving each week, concurrent with Topshop’s flagship store in the UK in Oxford Circus.
Topshop was the first international high-street fashion retailer to launch in Australia in 2011 and are thrilled to announce the launch of their new e-commerce platform, which will see each and every Australian Topshop store act as a distribution centre for online orders.
Its new omnichannel experience will see topshop.com feature localised editorial-style content amidst a range of online only services including free returns in store, complimentary express delivery for purchases over $75 and the option to choose to click-and-collect their buys at any Topshop store across the country.

Its new e-commerce platform aims to enhance consumers’ in-store experience, with the brand soon rolling out offerings like Personal Shopping booking engine in the near future, allowing Australian customers to book a complimentary appointment with a personal stylist in store.
