Paul is the CEO of NORA (National Online Retailers Association). Prior to that he was the Co-Founder of, a pioneering online retail brand in Australia. He is a passionate advocate of a technology led Australian retail renaissance, with highly customer centric focus. Paul has a Bachelors Degree and Post Graduate qualifications in psychology, is a registered psychologist, with a keen interest in organisational and consumer psychology. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and sits on the Retail Council of Australia. He has two children, enjoys blues guitar and surfing.
