Catch Group’s Newest Venture – Catch Connect

Catch Group has announced a new partnership today with Optus to unveil Catch Connect, its new mobile phone service offering.

Diversification will be one of the keys to e-commerce success in 2018. And, with the ever-increasing consumption of mobile expected to escalate in Australia, e-commerce powerhouse Catch Group is looking to coin in on both!

Its new partnership with Optus launching Catch Connect is Catch Group’s latest venture, just one week after launching its content partnership with women’s lifestyle blog Mamamia.

Catch Connect will initially offer prepaid mobile 30 and 90-day plans and prepaid data 30-day plans. Launching competitive offers for Australian consumers, Catch Connect users on selected plans will also receive shopping vouchers that can be used towards purchases made on Catch.com.au.

“Catch Connect is another exciting initiative from our never-ending factory of innovations at the Catch Group. We are thrilled to be able to team up with Optus and offer Aussie consumers a fresh alternative and amazing deals on their phone and data plans,” Gabby Leibovich, co-founder, of Catch Group told Power Retail.

Catch Group says Catch Connect was created as it wanted to create a “unique and differentiated offering that delivers additional value” to its customers.

“Both Catch Group and Optus are known for using innovation and technology to improve customer experience, and this is clearly reflected in this new mobile service,” managing director of Optus Wholesale and Satellite, Stuart Bird, told Power Retail. “Catch has a loyal customer base of deal savvy customers and we are excited to be partnering with them to bring these plans to market,”

The new services will operate on the Optus mobile network, which was recently named “Best in Test” in the 2017 P3 connect Mobile Benchmark Australia.
