As an expansion of its already flourishing e-commerce offerings, Catch Group is officially launching its first online brands’ outlet store, Catch Outlets.
As an expansion of its already flourishing e-commerce offerings, Catch Group is officially launching its first online brands’ outlet store, Catch Outlets. This means consumers will be able to access deals directly from designers such as Adidas, SABA, Lorna Jane, Tommy Hilfiger, and Bardot, among others.
With the convenience of being able to shop 24/7 from any device, Catch Group claims that Catch Outlets will allow shoppers to access discounts ranging anywhere from 25-80 percent off the RRP from more than 75 designer brand stores.
“Catch Outlets is a natural extension for Catch Group as we look to build Australia’s largest online shopping destination for customers,” says Nati Harpaz, CEO of the Catch Group.
According to Harpaz, the main purpose of the Catch Group’s latest offering is to present consumers with a greater, more permanent offering from leading outlet stores.
“[We’re ensuring] we offer choice and value by continuing to expand the number of categories, brands, and products we have on offer. With Catch Factory Outlets, we are now able to present an expanded and more permanent offering to our customers with dedicated outlet stores from leading brands,” he says.
Any seller on the Catch marketplace can apply to be listed on the new platform, provided they sell well-known brands.
The release of Catch Outlets comes after the group’s recent expansion into New Zealand, with the birth of Catchoftheday.co.nz. This move came only shortly after the company broke into New Zealand through their acquisition of the struggling Pumpkin Patch brand, as well as their presence on New Zealand’s Trade Me marketplace.
With a wider growth strategy in the works, the Catch Group has also been working on a series of mergers and acquisitions with Lux Group, in an effort to bolster its position within the Australian and New Zealand e-commerce sphere.
